Mićo Ivanović is a Croatian actor, screenwriter and voice actor.
Born and raised in Germany. After his vocational baccalaureate diploma he moved to Cologne to study acting for Film & TV at the First Take Schauspielakademie and later took classes with a range of international acting coaches, including Ron Burrus from the Stella Adler-/Art of Acting Studio, Susan Batson,
Marc Aden Gray (Bones/Navy CIS) and Ivana Chubbuck.
During his time in drama school he already played in different film projects and got to work through the drama school with experienced TV Directors like Heinz Dietz and Nina Wolfrum.
In the drama school film project he earned a lot of praise for his acting performance and was almost every day the one who started the task or scene in front of the class.
After graduating drama school in 2014 he continued with this energy and was able to achieve quick successes. One of them was with "Bauchgefühl" where Mićo played the lead a disturbed son, which immediately won a Film Festival on his premiere.
In the beginning of 2015 he gave his feature film debut in the movie "Der weiße Äthiopier" with a strong cast. Mićo had the opportunity to work with actors like Jürgen Vogel, Thomas Thieme and the director Tim Trageser (Casting Emrah Ertem).
Just a few weeks later the short movie "Der Morgen danach" was able to win a Film Festival on his premiere too.
Mićo didn´t waste any time and made his dream of being an actor true and got cast in a range of films like "Scherbenhaufen", "Stimme der Vernunft", "Polaroid" and many more. Several of them were praised and got awarded at different Film Festivals around the world like the New York Festivals in America.
He was also in a talk for a regular role in a television show.
In nearly every award winning movie Mićo played a dark character or one with strong emotional / psychological issues.
Mićo has written stories since he was a child, even when the homework was "write a short story", he came the next day with a 10 paper story into the class and presented it more than once.
His self written screenplays which he also produced and where he played the leading role recieved a lot of compliments especially "Selbstgespräch", where Mico played a double role.
His Supernatural Horror screenplay "Never break a promise" has also been awarded at a short screenplay competition.
